TextToSpeech.pk is a free text to speech platform that converts English, Urdu and Hindi text into natural-sounding audio.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for generating illegal, harmful, defamatory, or hateful content
- Attempt to overwhelm the service with automated requests (DDoS, scraping, bots)
- Circumvent rate limits or abuse prevention mechanisms
- Use generated voices to impersonate real individuals without consent
- Use the service for spam, phishing, or social engineering
- Reverse-engineer the backend API or voice synthesis process
3. Free Service — No Guarantees
TextToSpeech.pk is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- 100% uptime or availability
- Perfect accuracy of speech synthesis
- Permanent availability of specific voices or languages
- Specific audio quality levels
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the service at any time.
4. Rate Limits
To ensure fair usage for all users, we enforce rate limits on API requests. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary access restrictions.
5. Audio Content
Audio generated through our service is for personal and non-commercial use. The AI voices are provided by third-party providers (ElevenLabs, Cloudflare Workers AI) and are subject to their respective terms of use.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the text you input. The generated audio is provided for your use under the terms of the underlying voice provider licenses. TextToSpeech.pk does not claim ownership of your generated audio.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
